  In the past 3 weeks they have gotten my order wrong 8 out of 8 times. From missing food to completely wrong items. The times I was able to tell them they had mixed it up it was like I was talking another language. Contacted main office who then put me in touch with this locations manager who apologized and said they would send me coupons to make it good. Never did receive them either. Completely unacceptable.

  Updated playplace, lots of seating, birthday parties available. Self order and pay stations. Great coffee and pastry selections can be very busy and a wait. Great service and food

  Great food. Friendly staff. Help to get best food for the price. Washroom is clean. Will make it my stop next time I drive to Ontario.

  The public door I tried to enter through was locked. Had to walk around the entire store to enter. Then no one acknowledged me at the counter so after 5 minutes I used the automatic machine. The machine printed me a blank receipt.. I asked about it and they said my order went through correctly. I then waited over 10 minutes to receive the incorrect meal (somehow got a double 1/4 pounder instead of a Big Mac).. the drinks and ketchup area was also a mess. Not impressed by this location and I have a lot of respect for the McDonalds corporation. Will not be returning here.
