  They never have the muffins you ask for, and just substitute it in the bag without informing you first. Plus they always forget the lettuce and tomato on the begal belts. Sometimes I ask for a steeped tea, and get a frigging coffee. This is the closest Tim Hortons to my house, and work. Now I have to drive Uptown. Come on Shane, get your staff trained the Jefferson store never has these problems.

  Coffee and teas are always great. Sandwiches are frequently under par.

  Tim Horton's used to be a staple name in Canada, however I've stopped enjoying their products ever since they cheaped out and started using frozen donuts. financially for them it may have made sense, but as a hard working, self-employed individual who prides themselves on creating high quality goods through hard work I can't seem to look at their franchise the same way. I don't enjoy the food and they don't do justice to the Canada made way.. In my own opinion.

  Quick service. Food options along with the coffee and hot chocolate. Not to difficult to get in and out of. There is a side street if you happen to be towing a trailer, since the lot is a little tight to park in.

  The employees are rude. Service is fast though the coffees usually taste like poop
